SeniorSelectWi.com is the online component for Senior Pathways, a senior referral and placement agency serving Milwaukee since 2001. With the rapid growth of the elder population Senior Select recognizes the importance of new approaches in quality  placement.

SeniorSelectWi.com is a placement tool that can be used for obtaining or discharging clients. It provides admissions and marketing directors a simple means of increasing the occupancy levels of their facilities. It also enables social workers, discharge directors,  and other professionals to easily refer clients in need of alternative outside placement.

Individual profiles, identified only by number, are provided to our network of pre-qualified member facilities. Membership is free and allows providers instant access to the information needed to evaluate whether their facility is an appropriate match for the client. In addition, thorough needs assessments are provided when necessary.

Unlimited internet availability also provides an incredible advantage to facilities in their efforts to maintain a high resident census.

When a member facility sees an individual's profile on Senior Select and decides they are an appropriate match, the facility contacts Senior Select, who then presents the family with the name of the facility and the contact person. The thorough assessment, the pre-qualified facility, and unlimited access to internet profiles, significantly shortens the time frame in which a quality  placement can be made.

This system of care coordination and placement provides the quickest path to care for those in need, while increasing the chosen facility’s occupancy levels.

Joining our network is free of charge. We provide services to the family at no cost. However, there is a one time fee to the selected provider upon placement.
